In 1880, perfumer Paul Parquet  inherited the Houbigant business and created some of its greatest perfumes.
​Le Parfum Idéal  was created by Parquet for the 1900 World Fair and has been called an "imperishable model of perfume composition."
Baccarat  crystal bottle hand cut and decorated with a  romantic scene. 
Signed "Baccarat" under base.
